Breakfast at MO's - Citywalk - sheikh zayed road first interchange

It's been some time I've showcased a breakfast on my blog. So here I am showcasing you the magic at MO's restaurant found at Citywalk, Dubai. This one was noticed when I visited Burger Joint Newyork last week. Located right opposite to it. Unfortunately you can't see this restaurant from the main road as it's one of the buildings facing the inner water fountains of Citywalk. Enjoyed every bite at MO's and would want to visit these guyz again for breakfast. You'll know what I mean as you scroll down further...

They've got a good looking interior for sure. There was a decent crowd that morning for breakfast. Families from different countries were found. Arabs, Europeans and me the Indian in between :p Comfortable chairs and nice light pouring in from their glass windows which has good views of the fountain. Often my little son would go to their glass door and stand there staring at the fountain.

As it was early morning we started our day with some hot drinks. We tried their Cafe Latte and Cappucino while my son was having his green apple juice. I enjoyed their cafe late more. The green apple juice is a refresher. The worst part was when I noticed another drinks section at the end of the menu page which said milk shakes! They make different types of milk shakes and it's a shame that I missed that page entirely else I would have been able to showcase you some of their interesting milkshakes. Atleast on paper it looked promising. May be it's not served during breakfast probably that's why I wasn't informed by the waitress. :(

It all started with this one. Wholewheat toast with strawberry jam. This one comes on the compliments of ultimate breakfast. On empty stomach this was lovely. The whole wheat bread and the quality of jam made a great pair.

Things got exciting when the ultimate breakfast came on our table. Among the lot I'd say the pancakes in it where one of the best I've had. Truly original. Thick, fluffy and would easily cut the moment you put your cutlery on it. It came with cinnamon butter and maple syrup. I am sure it would have been even sexier had they put some blueberries and sauce on top of this beautiful pancake. Tater tots which is another form of hashbrowns came minced. I wish the Tater tots came in it's full form as you feel them more crispy that way. The omelette can come the way you want it like sunny side up, fried, scrambled etc. By default the omelette comes empty and if needed they can add for you mushrooms, cheese and so on.

Once I tried their next two items which was Granola Fruit parfait and stuffed french toast, I was convinced you only get quality breakfast from Mo's. The inner content of granola fruit parfait is made up by house blended granola, local berries and greek honey yogurt. I was after the pancakes until I tried their stuffed french toast. Besides the delicious inner filling of nutella, strawberry Jelly, banana and brown butter maple syrup. The bread was very special. I mean every time you bite the french toast you appreciate that thick bread. There was something special about that bread and as per the restaurant manager these breads come freshly from their french bakery.

Here's an interesting one for you to know at Mo's. You can plan what you like:

• On weekdays(sunday to wednesday) you get 50% off between 03:00pm and 07:00pm on their milkshakes, desserts and cakes.


• Every sunday 11 years and below get to eat for free when an adult has ordered a main.
