One of the true Iftar deals. You walk into Safadi during Iftar time and you get complimentary soup with hot bread along with different types of dates, figs and other dry fruits along with arabic tea. The  Iftar compliments would be worth around Dhs 15 while your order can be as little as a falafel sandwich costing only on Dhs 5. While you paid Dhs 5, you actually ate for Dhs 20. This restaurant is close to my house so now you know where to find during Iftar hours ;). They are known for making good chicken shawarma - Dhs 7. Many people come here just to eat their shawarma.

Firstly I apologize for not taking the photo of the complete slice. My emotions went on it as soon as it was served on the table. Instead of grabbing the camera I grabbed the fork and few minutes later I realized I haven't taken any of the snaps. So the picture starts from cake being half eaten. the strawberries, chocolate bars have all vanished into my mouth for this photo. 

My favorite cake at Paul. Wish i could eat it every day. It's a must try for anyone.

Ahh Gazebo one of my favorite indian restaurants. They make some of the best kababs (charcoal Grill se). One of my standard order is the chicken tikka masala. Love the chicken and the curry in it. My favorite roti along with it would be Pudina(dhs 6) else normally i go for the wheat parata(dhs 3). Gazebo is located in a few places like burdubai, Deira city center but the best tasting branch will be the rashidiya. You need it have it from there. For example this Murgh tikka masala if you order from burdubai branch it's very different including the color of the curry. It's weird but that's how they are. So eat from Rashidiya branch if you really want that taste in your mouth.

Zaitooni salad - A salad made out of olives, paneer, mushrooms in a yoghurt based dressing.
