Burger Bites - Homemade

When my wife said she could make a better mini burger than the one at Chillis, little did i know it would happen so soon. I am glad it did cause now I am in love with these new homemade mini burger bites which i think is ideal with a cup of tea. Bun loaded with meat balls mixed with her recipe. The bun was light that you never realized eating it unlike the experience at chillis. Well-flavoured and you can never stop at one!  

These were photos taken prior to the buns visit to the oven. Wish  people gave me sometime to take photos after it was out of the oven but there was no compromise!

Four mini burgers with layers of flavor - applewood smoked beef bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions and ranch.  Served with crispy onion strings and ranch dressing.

Lot of bun and beef. I might not order this one again simply because at the end you feel you are eating more bun than anything else. The crispy onion string was fun to eat. French fries come as a default side for this order but if you want you could opt for steamed vegetables or Corn. Corn lovers should go for the corn. You can order this one when you have friends around you to share this order.

Ravioli - Homemade delicate ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, served in the traditional way with butter and sage.

Ravioli at Carluccio's doesn't taste great as the looks. Too bland to be an adventurous italian dish. I could only taste butter and nothing more. If you want to have a good ravioli you should visit Romano's instead. Worst part after paying Dhs 62, lesser taste and your still hungry! Too little a portion.

  One of the unique part of carluccio's was that they had a dedicated staff to entertain children. You ask her about the menu she wouldn't know but you ask her to make an animal out of a balloon she can.
